After filling out the W9 save the form to your desktop then sign and email to: join@CURB.estate  

To sign the form you can either print it out and manually and sign it,

or send it to yourself via DocuSign or AuthentiSIGN with your digital signature.

* We will not be able to complete your registration until we receive your W9. After we receive your W9 we will send you a welcome email notifying you that your CURB membership is complete !
