employed with CURB, $995 bi-annual fee.  Please email your DBA name request to: broker@CURB.estate

associate your chosen DBA name with CURB.

After completing the process we will immediately begin processing your request. Please allow 6 weeks for TREC to complete the process. After your DBA name

request is completed you will receive an email from CURB notifying you that 

your application is finalized.
